Warranty Policy
At TRIBE Pickleball, we stand behind the quality and performance of our pickleball paddles. All paddles come with a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered:
TRIBE paddles have a Limited 90 Day Warranty against manufacturer defects and workmanship.
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- Delamination or significant breakage that occurs without misuse or abuse.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, fading, or cosmetic imperfections.
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, or modification of the paddle.
- Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (heat, cold, moisture, etc.).
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Proof of Purchase is required
- Contact Us: sales@tribepickleball.co – With your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage or defect.
- Assessment: Our team will review your claim and determine if the issue is covered under warranty. We reserve the right to review and determine whether the paddle is covered under our warranty standards and whether to replace the paddle.
- Resolution: If approved, we will repair or replace the paddle at no cost to you. If the exact model is no longer available, a similar model may be offered.
- Shipping cost: If replacement is approved, customers will be charged a $10 shipping fee.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your pickleball paddle for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The paddle must be in new, unused condition, with original packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return Your Paddle:
- Initiate a Return: Contact us at sales@tribepickleball.co to start the return process.
- Ship the Paddle: After receiving return authorization, send the paddle back to us at the address we provide upon approval. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the paddle, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
